Day 01. Addis Ababa city tour, the view from Mount Entoto, the National and Ethnographic Museums, Trinity church, the Mercato. O/n Addis Ababa.
Day 02. We drive south passing Debre Zeit, lake Zeway and stopping at lake Langano for an overnight.
Day 03. Visit Shalla and Abiata National Park continue to Awassa for an overnight in a hotel
Day 04. We drive to the park headquarters at Dinsho, where we start trekking. If visitor prefers to ride, horses are collected here
Camping at Moraro.
Day 05. Travel up the Wasama Valley, passing mineral springs and ascend Sanetti Plateau. Camp by Mount Batu.
Day 06. Ascend Mount Batu, camping by Gabra Guracha Lake.
Day 07. Meet vehicles by Konteh peak; descend Harenna Escarpment, returning to Goba for an overnight.
Day 08. Day excursion to the caves of Sof Omar. O/n Goba.
Day 09. We drive to Wondo Genet, a hot spring resort surrounded by forest for an overnight.
Day 10. Return to Addis Ababa, souvenir shopping, farewell dinner with national music and dancing. O/n Addis Ababa. | |
